The images presented here showcase the interior architectural space designed and composed entirely by @Fine Interiors. Each hand rendered image is derived from our original architectural drawings, crafted to embody the intended aesthetic and functional elements of the space.
Given a lot size of 35' x 70', we created a floor plan that is meticulously crafted to avoid conventional "square" shaped rooms, utilizing triangles to create a layout that is dynamic, open, and transparent, with a catwalk offering panoramic views of the loft.
Key Features:
Interior Design: Red countertops, leather seating, black carbon fiber cabinetry finishes, and a hidden downdraft range hood, adorn the kitchen island, providing a sleek, automotive-inspired aesthetic.
Seamless Integration: Black tinted glass is used in walkways, walls, and stairways, while the kitchen remains in neutral shades of black, white, and grey.
Warm Accents: Natural wood finishes, silver and gold accents in a dramatically long chandelier, and nature-inspired elements like greenery botanicals and a waterfall feature.
Relaxing Spaces: A library area with ambient waterfall sounds, and a master bath extending into a botanical garden and viewing deck.
