Furniture Floor Plan + Mood Board (A) starting $250 per room
We use 2-D computer aided design software by © 2024 Autodesk Inc. to create your measured floor plan and allow for space planning. We include furniture, with limited accessories. Simply send us measurements of your room, and we take care of the rest (don’t worry about getting this wrong- we send you instructions on how to measure). Space planning allows you to visualize and understand your flow and pathway - an essential foundation for harmony and balance. With this plan, is your complimentary mood board. Guided by your answers to a few questions, you can start seeing your own style. Think of the mood board as a visual representation from your lifestyle questions.

Different from your mood board, your design board is more concrete in ideas for furniture and accessories. A design board will have elements of specific furniture and colors narrowed in. Whereas a mood bard is the feel and vibe of your space, a design board is zeroed in on furniture, finishes, and fixtures, to include sources of where to shop.

Our 3D rendering is created from your floor plan and design board with exact scale and measurements if you're interested in seeing your room before it even comes together. Different from AI, we render from scratch in order to give the proper scale of your furniture, depth for your chosen textiles, and lighting considerations like where and how the sun enters your room, along with the artificial lighting selected. Seeing your selections come into play with existing environmental factors can give you the proper representation of your color scheme and textiles.
